The Vision
What we see, what we long for, what we're doing about it.
Many young adults feel disconnected from knowing their true identity in Christ. They wrestle with internal lies, cultural pressure to perform, and lack freedom to walk in truth. This leads to confusion, burnout, and loneliness that holds them back from the fullness of God’s purpose and calling for their lives.
A renewed love of God and His presence that leads people to greater prayer, freedom, wholeness, and deeper relationship with Jesus
Calling a generation to prayer and repentance, encouraging prayerful lives, churches, and initiatives that start movements of prayer.
While vision and knowledge may exist, there’s a gap between knowing truth and living it out. Young adults lack practical pathways that help connect what they believe into authentic experience and action. We often rely on programs and strategies rather than Spirit-led transformation.
The reshaping of churches and communities as whole hearted disciples multiply lifestyles of obedience and surrender.
training and mentoring young adults to grow in identity, calling, and obedience in order to live out radical faith and form spiritual families on mission together.
Faith often feels confined to church settings, leaving young adults unequipped to live faith out in everyday life — especially in the workplace. The divide between sacred and secular remains wide, and few are able bridge that gap and holistically embrace their vocational callings.
Measurable change overflowing to neighborhoods and every societal sphere as Kingdom initiatives are launched with purpose and impact.
Supporting pioneers and creatives to drive Kingdom impact and transformation.

The Home Community
The Home is anchored in and supported by a community of 12-15 young adults based in Berlin.
We are committed to living out rhythms of prayer, mission, and justice together. Rooted in our core values, it’s a space of intentional formation, shared meals, deep friendship, and a daily pursuit of Jesus in community.
Currently our rhythms look like: twice a month Community Sundays, regular morning prayer calls and street outreaches, weekly fellowship & prayer with the Fireplace, and an annual retreat.

Kodi is passionate about seeing emerging leaders and ministries fully live out their God-given calling. In over 15 years of ministry he has worked with InterVarsity/USA, IFES, SMD, Revive Europe, and Gemeinsam für Berlin. He currently serves as the director for The Home.

Values
Our core values shape who we are becoming. They guide how we live, lead, and love as a community marked by Jesus
Praying and partnering with the Holy Spirit in all things.
The Word and Spirit of God shaping all we are and do.
Helping individuals, churches, ministries, and business fully live out their God given calling.
Working with others to achieve something we could not do ourselves.
Cultivating a spiritual family shaped by rhythms of prayer, mission, and justice woven into everyday life. The Home Community is the anchor and accelerator of all we do.
Providing a structure for sustainability, accountability, integrity, and generosity. The Home nonprofit promotes health, good governance, and a platform to gather finances on behalf of the whole hub.
As The Home we hold to the Nicene Creed and the Lausanne Covenant as theological foundations even as we partner with many different churches and organizations to see revival from Berlin to the nations.
